Introduction to the concept of CRM and its importance for businesses, the difference between CRM, Excel, and ERP systems, and the different types of CRM. During this session, participants will create a Zoho account and explore the system interface and its main sections.

Understanding the customer journey from the first interaction to closing the sale, identifying lead sources and how to handle them, with a practical application that includes importing data, organizing it, and assigning follow-up responsibilities within the team.

Managing deal stages, forecasting sales, and tracking daily activities, with a hands-on application to build a real sales pipeline, create deals, and track calls and meetings.

Setting up workflow rules to simplify tasks, notifications, and automated processes. This session includes a practical application to create automated emails and reminders, as well as building an organized sales plan (Blueprint).

Learning how to configure Zoho CRM to fit your team’s structure, organizing roles and permissions so each member can access only what they need. The session includes a practical application to define the team structure inside Zoho and manage data access in a structured and efficient way.

Connecting Zoho with email, WhatsApp, social media platforms, Google Ads, and more. Includes a hands-on exercise to sync data and automatically capture leads داخل النظام.

Creating ready-made and customized reports, analyzing sales and marketing performance, and building a dashboard that clearly displays the sales pipeline and key metrics.

Designing a CRM strategy connected to the customer experience, with examples from different industries. This session includes a practical workshop to map out a real workflow.

Going deeper into customer scoring, campaign tracking, and retention strategies, followed by building a complete, practical CRM system that can be implemented in a real business environment.
