Terms and Conditions

Administrative Terms and Conditions:

1. The academy opens its doors 30 minutes before the start of the sessions.
2. Recordings of the lectures are provided; therefore, recording sessions or sharing materials and accounts with others is prohibited. Violators will bear compensation for damages.
3. All students are monitored throughout the course duration.

Financial Terms and Conditions:

1. A full refund is available if you withdraw from the program or diploma at least 1 day before the start date..
2. On the start date of the Diploma/course: Cancellation charges will be 5% of the total cost of the program or diploma.
3. After the first Lecture: 10% of the total cost of the program or diploma will be deducted from the paid amount .
4. After the first 2 Lectures: 20% of the total cost of the program or diploma will be deducted from the paid amount .
5. No refund will be granted for cancellations made after two lectures.
6. You can postpone the diploma or program once, but after paying its full cost.
7. You can't postpone or freeze your diploma without informing the administration. If you stop attending sessions without notifying the administration, you won't be able to attend another round..
8. When you freeze your diploma or course, you can rejoin another round within a 3-month timeframe (ONLY).
9. If you freeze or postpone, there's no guarantee you'll be placed in the next round. The round will be chosen based on the availability, and the number of the attendees.
10. Please note that if the installment involves an external entity, administrative fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
11. You must be committed to paying the installments on time. Any failure to meet the payments in the installments plan, will suspend your attendance until payment.

Educational Terms and Conditions:

1. Courses can be postponed with prior notice to the academy administration.
2. A certificate of completion will be provided upon finishing the course.
3. Groups with fewer than 10 participants may be merged with other groups.
4. Lateness means missed parts will not be re-explained, but students can access the session recording for review.
5. Completing projects is essential; failure to do so disqualifies participants from receiving the certificate.

Customer Care Terms and Conditions:

1. Follow the designated process for submitting complaints.
2. Communication outside the sessions is only allowed through the academy.
3. Notifications are sent via WhatsApp or email, which are considered the official communication channels.
